No it doesn't come with a BOV, it comes with a CBV. A BOV is a aftermkt mod. geeshh...

yeah. the one i have def doesn't have such a loud siiiiiiiii sound. If i start hearing it, i oughta worry. prob blew a gasket or a tyre.

Sorry, it was kinda rude of me. Its just that there has been numerous post about the fact that wrx, evos and ATs do not come with BOVs but CBVs. BOVs are aftermkt mods. CBVs (Compressor bypass valves) redirect compressed air back into the turbo inlet.
